1st Annual Thanksgiving Dinner at St. Kilian Catholic Church
Thursday November 28, 2024
“When a poor person dies of hunger, it has not happened because God did not take care of him or her. It has happened because neither you nor I wanted to give that person what he or she needed.”
Mother Teresa
Every week St. Kilian’s Parish, through our Food Pantry, helps to feed the less fortunate in our Parish, and our Mission Viejo Community. This year our Pastor Fr. Angelos has approved a Thanksgiving Day dinner, to feed the less fortunate in our Parish, or simply those seeking the company of others. If you are part of this family, we encourage you to plan to have a delicious Thanksgiving Day dinner with us.
We are seeking Volunteers from our Parish, to help serve 150-200 of our extended family on Thanksgiving Day. We will need volunteers to help set up, meal preparation, meal service, and those seeking to sit down with our guests, and help them to feel at home here on Thanksgiving Day!
Please consider making a donation here.
If you would like to donate via check, please write “Thanksgiving Dinner” in the memo space on the check and mail to:
